Completing training and passing quizzes is essential for understanding customer expectations, learning delivery procedures, and becoming a successful GoPeople Runner. Quizzes also improve your chances of being assigned to more jobs and special delivery runs.

🚀 GoPeople Onboarding Quiz (Mandatory)

This is the first quiz every Runner must complete to become fully activated on the GoPeople platform.

📲 How to Access It:

1. Open the GoPeople Runner App

2. Go to “Account” → “Training and Quiz”

3. Tap “Training Files” under the GoPeople Onboarding section

4. When ready, click “Take Quiz”

✅ How to Pass:

• Carefully read the training material and watch all videos

• All answers are based on the training content

• You need to score at least 90% to pass

🔓 Passing this quiz unlocks your ability to start taking delivery jobs on GoPeople.

🛒 Woolworths Grocery Delivery Quiz (Required for Woolworths Runs)

If you want to deliver for Woolworths (our largest client), you must complete this quiz first.

Key Info:

• Covers Woolworths-specific delivery procedures, customer expectations, and food safety

• Requires a minimum score of 90% to pass

• Mandatory before you're eligible for Woolworths Grocery Runs

📦 Other Client-Specific Quizzes (Highly Recommended)

Some clients or special delivery types (e.g. medical, alcohol, time-critical) may have their own quizzes.
