Tips on waiting at pick-up or drop-off
Sometimes you arrive at the pick-up and the Sender isn’t ready for several reasons, e.g. the item is still being prepared.
Similarly, if you arrive at the drop-off and no-one is there and you have no contact number available to assist you, there are a few things you can do. At a residence ask the neighbour, at a hospital ask admissions and at a business ask reception.
If that fails, let the Sender or Admin know straight away as they may be able to locate a contact number for you, or an alternate delivery location with ATL.
If all else fails, please be sure to let us know in the comments as you may be entitled to a waiting fee which is based on your GPS location. There is also a button in the comments section you can use to let us know you have started waiting.
