What's classified as a late pick-up?
Our Senders expect jobs to be delivered on time. We expect you to pick-up on time so that you can be part of that commitment.
If you arrive for a Shift more than 10 minutes after it starts you are classified as late.
Also, if you arrive more than 30 minutes late Sender has the right to cancel your Shift. If they choose to cancel the Shift, you will be charged the cancellation penalty.
Picking-up on time means you will be a better Runner, get more Shifts and Jobs and make more money.
We also understand as a Runner things sometimes go wrong on the road. For example, the weather is bad or you get into an accident. If something bad happens to you that makes you late for a Shift, please leave a comment immediately.
