  • Open your GoPeople tracking link (from your SMS or email).

  • Tap the orange button that says “Got a problem with your delivery?”

  • You’ll be shown a list of the most common delivery problems, such as:

    • “Says delivered, but it's not here”

    • “I got an item addresses to someone else”

    • “Damaged or defective item”

    • “Report the driver's behavior”

✅ Select the issue that best matches your situation.


🚦 2. Follow the Suggested Fixes

  • After choosing your issue, GoPeople will show immediate suggestions or next steps to help resolve the problem quickly.

  • Sometimes, this resolves simple misunderstandings (like parcels left at a different door or safe place).


🛠️ 3. If That Doesn’t Help, Tap “I need more help”

  • If the suggestions don’t solve your problem, tap “I need more help” to leave a message.

  • In your message, describe the issue clearly — for example:

    “Parcel marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it. The delivery photo doesn’t match my house. I believe it may have gone to the wrong address.”
