How to Find a Job in the Member Portal

As a Sender, you can easily find and manage your jobs in the Member Portal using two methods: Quick Search and Advanced Search. Here’s how:


 

🔍 1. Find a Job Using Quick Search

  1. Log in to your Member Portal.

  2. On the top-right corner of the homepage, you will see the Quick Search bar.

  3. Enter the Job Number or Internal Reference Number (IRN) and hit search.

  4. Click on the job to view its full job information.

 


 

📜 What Can You See on the Job Page?

  • Job Details

    • Job number, reference number.

    • Item size and weight.

    • Delivery window.

    • Delivery note.

    • The Runner who made the delivery.

    • Pickup / Dropoff location.

    • Hubbed location, if there are any.

  • Logs:

    • Job logs, detailing events at each stage.

    • Communication between Admin, Runners, Recipient and yourself.

    • Proof of Delivery (POD)

  • Above the comment box, you'll find action buttons with various functions.

✅ Return
If a Runner has picked up the order but is no longer required for delivery, click this button to request the Runner to return it.

✅ Duplicate
Click to create a duplicate of this job.

✅ Raise a Dispute
If something is lost or delivered incorrectly, use this button to raise a dispute.

✅ Send SMS
Send an SMS directly to the recipient.

✅ Report an Issue
Report any issues with the Runner.

  • Comments Section:
    Senders can leave messages for the Runner, Recipient, or the Admin team.

 


 

🛠 2. Find a Job Using Advanced Search

  1. Go to the homepage and click on Jobs.

  2. In the top-left corner, click Advanced Search.

  3. Enter relevant job details, such as Job Number, IRN, or other filters.

  4. Once the job appears in the search results, you’ll see three buttons on the right:

  • View this Job: View full job details and logs.

  • Duplicate: Create a duplicate job.

  • Raise a Dispute: Report issues with lost or incorrect deliveries.

 


 

📝 Tips

  • Always double-check the job number or IRN for accurate results.

  • Use the comments section to communicate effectively with involved parties.
