Help CenterFrom time to time, you may come across some addresses that are above a tunnel or under a bridge. In these scenarios, routing can be messy, as Google Maps may think you are trying to get into the tunnel or onto the bridge. This article shows you how to avoid such problems.
Firstly, copy and paste the address into Google Maps. You can see the address directly above the tunnel or close to it.
Find the closest road access to the address, and locate the geolocation.
Click on the location for more details
Copy the codes for the next step.
Find the job in the Go People member portal and click the "Update address" button. Paste the geo codes in the Geolocation fields.
Once done, re-run the grouping to check for routing accuracy. Repeat the steps above if it doesn't work.
