How to GoBUNDLE: report an issue with a Runner

Things may happen! Your booked Runner may cancel their run last minute due to illness, accidents, being late, or any other unforeseeable circumstances. But do not worry, when it happens, we have processes to manage the situation the best we can so you can still get your deliveries out as soon as possible.

You can easily report an issue you are having with a Runner. This will send notifications to the support team to follow up, manage the situation, find a backup Runner when needed and keep you posted on the status. How it how.

Go to the GoBUNDLE page, and locate the date of your timeframe (defaulted to today). On the right-hand side, you will find the Runner you are having issues with. 


Click on the avatar. Runner's contact number will be shown on the top-up. If you have not spoken with the Runner, we strongly recommend ringing the Runner first to find out a bit more about what is going on.


You can now choose the exact issues you are having. It is always helpful to provide more info to assist the support team with understanding the situation.


Once reported, it will trigger a process internally for the support team to take action. There will be more communication from the support team via email or phone to inform you about the progress.
