Ever Wondered What Your Runners Think of Your GoBUNDLE Runs?

Now you can find out! With the GoBUNDLE Reviews Reports in your Member Portal, you get direct insight into what Runners are saying about your jobs — the good, the bad, and the stuff worth improving. Whether it's feedback on access, timing, or instructions, it’s all there to help you fine-tune your delivery experience.

🔍 How to View Runner Feedback in Your Portal

1. Log in to Your Member Portal
   Head to www.gopeople.com.au and sign in.

2. Access Reports

   • Click on your name in the top-right corner of the page.

   • From the dropdown menu, select “Reports.”
     
     

3. Open the GoBUNDLE Review Reports

   • Look for the section titled “GoBUNDLE Review Reports.”

   • Click to view all Runner feedback related to your jobs.
     

4. Filter by Date

   • Want feedback from last week? Last month? Just use the quick filters like Prev Week, Prev Month, or set your own custom date range.
