🛎️ How We Handle Same-Day Runner Cancellations
✅ 1. Immediate Admin Notification
As soon as a Runner cancels their run, our admin team is instantly notified and begins the process of finding a backup Runner.
ℹ️ Our support team is online from 6:00 AM, so early-morning changes are covered.
✅ 2. If the Cancellation Happens Before the Run Start Time:

The cancelled timeframe will be re-published.

We’ll quickly assign it to a new Runner in the area.

You’ll see updates reflected in your portal and receive an email confirmation.
✅ 3. If the Cancellation Happens After the Run Has Started:

Our support team will call you directly to:

Explain the situation

Confirm if the orders are ready
