Bundle Run No-Show Policy for Runners

To ensure reliable service for our Senders, GoPeople enforces a strict No-Show policy for bundle runs. This guide outlines what qualifies as a no-show, what happens if you're marked as one, and how you can appeal the decision if you have a valid reason.


🚫 What Is a No-Show?

A Runner is marked as a No-Show if:

  • You fail to arrive for your assigned bundle run, and

  • GoPeople Support has tried to contact you through:

    • Phone call

    • SMS

    • In-app messaging

  • AND you did not respond or provide any update at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time


Consequences of a No-Show

If you're marked as a No-Show:

  • 💸 100% cancellation penalty will be deducted from your account
    (As per Section 4.2 of the GoBUNDLE Terms & Conditions)

  • 🏷️ A “No-Show” tag will be added to your Runner profile

  • 📧 You will receive an email notification with:

    • The no-show status

    • Details about the penalty

    • Instructions on how to appeal

  • ⛔ Your account will be suspended if you do not respond within 48 hours


📩 Appealing a No-Show: How and When

If you believe there was a valid reason for your no-show, you can appeal within 48 hours of receiving the email.

✅ 1. If You Provide a Valid Reason with Proof

We will:

  • Remove the no-show case

  • Waive the cancellation penalty

  • Reactivate your account (if suspended)

Accepted proof includes:

  • Doctor’s certificate

  • Car breakdown invoice or mechanic report

  • Emergency documentation

  • Any valid and verifiable evidence


⚠️ 2. If You Provide a Reason Without Proof

We will:

  • Remove the no-show case

  • NOT waive the cancellation penalty

  • Reactivate your account (if suspended)

📌 Even without proof, we encourage you to explain what happened.


Important: 48-Hour Deadline

  • You must appeal within 48 hours of receiving your no-show email

  • Appeals received after 48 hours will not be accepted

  • If no response is received, your account may remain suspended indefinitely
