Once submitted, your documents are typically reviewed within 24 to 48 hours.

✅ Approved | You’ll receive confirmation in the Runner App and can proceed with onboarding. |
❌ Declined | You’ll be notified via the app and may be asked to re-upload or correct the issue. |
