How Long Does It Take to Approve Uploaded Documents?

As part of the GoPeople Runner onboarding process, you’re required to upload documents such as your Driver’s Licence, Second ID, Police Check, or RSA/RSAT Certificate. Our team will review each document to ensure they meet the compliance and verification requirements.


⏱️ Document Review Timeframe

Once submitted, your documents are typically reviewed within 24 to 48 hours.

Status What Happens
Approved You’ll receive confirmation in the Runner App and can proceed with onboarding.
Declined You’ll be notified via the app and may be asked to re-upload or correct the issue.

📌 Make sure your documents are clear, valid, and not expired to avoid delays.


📧 What If It's Been More Than 48 Hours?

If it’s been over 48 hours and you haven’t received an update:

  1. Email GoPeople Support at:
    ✉️ support@gopeople.com.au

  2. Include the following in your message:

    • Your Full Name

    • Your Registered Mobile Number

    • The type of document(s) you uploaded (e.g. Licence, Police Check)

Our team will investigate and respond as soon as possible.
