Help CenterTier 1 gives you priority access to Bundle Runs and increases your chances of securing jobs. How you get added to Tier 1 depends on the Sender.
🧑💼 Sender-Managed Bundle Runs
For many Senders, Tier 1 is manually managed.
How it works:
- The Sender decides whether to add a Runner to Tier 1
- This is based on your:
- Overall performance
- Reliability
- Past experience with the Sender
⚠️ Important:
GoPeople Admin cannot override or assign Tier 1 for these Senders.
🏬 Kmart & GoEXPRESS (System-Based Selection)
For Kmart and GoEXPRESS, Tier 1 is assigned automatically by the system based on your performance.
✅ To qualify, you must meet ALL of the following:
- Quiz score above 90%
- Return rate below 2%
- Complete at least 3 runs within the past 7 days for that Sender
- Average Working Time (AWT) is faster than Estimated Working Time (EWT)
📊 Where to Check Your Tier 1 Status
You can check how many Senders have added you to Tier 1 in the app:
Dashboard → Profile → View Performance → Job Quality
This section gives you visibility into your performance and Tier status.

To improve your chances of getting into Tier 1:
- ✔️ Complete runs on time and consistently
- ✔️ Minimise returns by ensuring accurate deliveries
- ✔️ Work efficiently to keep your working time low
- ✔️ Pass all required quizzes with high scores
