Applying for runs in the Runner App is quick and simple. Follow the steps below:
🚚 How to Apply for Runs
- Open the Runner App
Go to the “Browse” page.

- Select “Bundle Runs”
You will see two tabs — click on the right tab labelled “Bundle Runs.” - Choose a Run
Tap on any run to view more details (e.g., route, payment, requirements). - Apply for the Run
If the run suits you, click “Apply” at the bottom of the screen.

- Confirm Your Application
- Review the Service Terms and Cancellation Policy
- Click “Accept” to proceed

- Apply for Additional Runs (Optional)
You may be shown similar runs. You can:- Click Apply to apply for more runs
- Or click Cancel to skip

- Wait for Approval
Once submitted, your application will be reviewed.
✅ How to Check If You’ve Been Approved
- If your application is approved, you will first receive a notification

- Go to the “Dashboard” page in the app
- Navigate to “Future Runs”

- If approved: your run will appear in your scheduled runs
- If not yet approved: you will see
“Application received. Await approval”

When you see "You're on the waiting list", it means that the Run you applied for has already been assigned to another Runner, but you are next in line. If the approved Runner cancels or becomes unavailable, you will be the first to be considered for the Run, and your status will change to "Approved." While on the waiting list, you can cancel your application at any time without penalty. It's a good idea to keep your availability open in case the Run becomes available to you.
