How to Cancel a Bundle Run

If you’re unable to complete a Bundle Run, you can cancel it directly through the GoPeople Runner App - no need to contact Support unless there’s an issue.

📱 Steps to Cancel a Bundle Run in the App

1. Open the GoPeople Runner App

2. Go to “My Jobs”
   
   

3. Tap on “Runs”

4. Select the run you wish to cancel

5. Tap “Actions”
   
   

6. Tap “Cancel”
   
   
   
   

✅ You can cancel at any time through the app. Quick and simple!

💰 Runner Cancellation Fees

If you cancel a run or are responsible for a cancellation due to a delay, cancellation fees may apply depending on how close it is to the start time:

⚠️ These fees apply only if the Sender cancels due to your delay or cancellation.

🎉 Special Occasion Cancellation Fees

During high-demand events (e.g. Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day), Special Occasion Cancellation Fees may be introduced.

• You will be notified in writing if these special charges apply.

• It’s your responsibility to read and understand these notifications before cancelling.

🆓 When Cancellation Fees May Be Waived

Cancellation fees can be waived in the following situations:

🔁 By Mutual Agreement

• If both the Runner and Sender agree to waive the fee

🏥 Valid Reason Provided by Runner

• If you provide a valid reason with proof (e.g. medical emergency, accident)

In such cases, contact support@gopeople.com.au with:

• Job ID

• Explanation

• Supporting documentation (e.g. doctor’s note)
