Help CenterCancelling a booked job is super easy!
Go to the “Jobs -> list" page from the left-hand nav.
Search and find the job you would like to cancel.
Click on the "Trash" looking icon on the right-hand side.
Please note that there are different rules to cancel a GoSAMEDAY or GoNOW job at different statuses:
Pending: free to cancel
Picking up: minimum $11 cancellation fee applies
Delivering / Completed: cannot be cancelled
