Help CenterOpen your Runner App and tap “Browse” at the bottom of the screen.
Here, you can view all available On-Demand Jobs and Bundle Runs.
To find individual jobs, tap the “On-Demand Jobs” tab.
For this article, we’ll use a job with 2 pick-ups and 3 drop-offs as an example.
Check the Job Details First
Tap on the job to open the details page.
Before you Apply for or Take a job, make sure you have read and understood all of the job requirements:
- Where is the delivery being picked up from?
- Where is it going?
- When does it need to be delivered?
- What is being delivered?
Also, make note of any special requirements.
If anything is unclear, you can ask questions in the comments section at the top right of the screen.
How to Get the Job
To get the job, you must either Apply for it or Take it.
Open the status panel at the bottom of the screen by tapping the upward arrow.
You will then see the “Apply” and “Take” options.
Apply for a Job
When you apply for a job, there are several things that may improve your chances of being assigned:
- Having a Security Bond
- Completing more jobs
- Maintaining a good rating
- Being close to the job location
- Staying active on the app
- Applying quickly, as jobs are usually assigned within 5 minutes
- Having a van
- Selecting your preferred working areas
If your application is successful, you will receive a notification in the app confirming that the job has been assigned to you.
Note
Please do not ask us to manually assign the job to you. If you are the most suitable Runner for the job, you will be allocated automatically.
Take a Job
The “Take” button allows you to skip the application process and secure a job immediately.
Small jobs can be taken very quickly, so make sure you read the details carefully and act fast.
Your “Take” button may not work if:
- You are too far from the job
- The item is oversized
- You already have too many active jobs
Even if you cannot Take a job, you can still Apply for it.
Please note that you can also lose access to the “Take” button, so use it carefully.
When you tap “Take”, you will be taken to a confirmation screen.
By clicking “Yes”, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and will be allocated the job immediately.
If you no longer want the job, click “No.”
You’re Ready to Start
Once you have successfully applied for or taken the job, you will receive a notification confirming that the job has been assigned to you.
You are now ready to make the delivery.
