To ensure smooth delivery operations and uninterrupted customer notifications, GoPeople allows you to monitor and top up your usage of the following key features:

🔍 Feature Overview

📩 SMS Notifications

Used to notify Recipients about:

  • Parcel dispatch

  • Estimated delivery time

  • Live tracking links

🚗 BYO Driver Jobs

Used when you assign deliveries to your own drivers, while still using GoPeople’s tracking and customer notification tools.

📦 Ultimate Tracking

Provides Recipients with:

  • A premium tracking experience, including live driver movement with a map view

  • Real-time ETA updates and delivery confirmation

📊 How to Check Your Monthly Usage

Step 1: Navigate to the Subscription Page

  1. Log in to the GoPeople Member Portal

  2. Click on the Settings icon (top-right corner)

  3. Select the Account tab

  4. Click on Subscription

Step 2: View and Top Up Usage

From the Membership page, you can:

  • 📊 View your current usage by clicking on the "View usage" button on the right hand side for:

    • SMS notifications

    • BYO Driver Jobs

    • Ultimate Tracking

  • Top up any of these services directly to avoid running out during active deliveries

This allows you to track consumption and maintain uninterrupted service across your delivery operations.

🛡️ Why It Matters

  • Running out of SMS credits may stop notifications from reaching Recipients

  • Insufficient Ultimate Tracking can reduce visibility for customers

  • Lack of BYO Driver job credits will prevent you from using GoPeople’s system with your own drivers

💡 Tips

  • Check your usage at the start of each week or month

  • Top up in advance during peak seasons (e.g. sales or holiday periods)

  • Contact your GoPeople account manager if you need usage forecasting or support
