If a job has been accidentally cancelled, there’s no "undo" button — but you can easily recreate the job using the Duplicate feature in the GoPeople Member Portal.
This guide shows you how to find cancelled jobs and quickly reschedule them.
🛠 Steps to Duplicate a Cancelled Job

Log in to your GoPeople Member Portal

Navigate to the “Jobs” section in the menu

Click on the “Cancelled” tab to view all previously cancelled jobs
💡 Tip: If you know the Job Number or Reference, you can search directly using the “Search Jobs” bar in the top-right corner.

Locate the job you want to recreate
🔁 Use the Duplicate Function
Once you’ve found the cancelled job:

You can either:

Click the “Duplicate” button next to the job in the list
OR -
Click into the Job Details, then select “Duplicate” from inside the job view

📦 Complete the Booking
After clicking Duplicate:

You’ll be redirected to the Booking page

Choose your preferred Delivery Window

Click “Next” to confirm
✅ The job will now be successfully recreated and scheduled for delivery in the selected window.
