How to Get Live Support While Delivering

If you ever need help, there are two simple ways to contact our Support Team — depending on whether you have an assigned job/run or not.


📌 When You Have an Assigned Job or Run

  1. Open the job or run in your GoPeople Runner App.

  2. On the top right-hand side, tap “Chat”.

  3. In the chat window, type:

     
    @GoPeople admin
     

     

  4. Send your message — our Support Team will be notified immediately.

💡 This is the fastest way to get help during an active delivery.


📌 When You Don’t Have an Assigned Job or Run

If you don’t currently have any jobs or runs:


✅ Tips for Faster Support

  • Always include:

    • Job ID or Run ID (if applicable)

    • Screenshots if something isn’t working as expected

    • A clear explanation of the issue

  • Use the in-app chat whenever possible for assigned jobs — it’s quicker than email and connects you directly to Support.
