Help CenterThe cut-off time for hiring a driver is 5 pm the day before. If you miss the cut-off time, it will be considered an urgent hire, usually with an urgent hire fee.
However, the 5 pm cut-off is only for hiring a driver. You can add more jobs to the timeframe anytime until 15 minutes before the timeframe starts.
If adding 1 more job, please click the "Add a new job" button. If you add multiple jobs, you can upload a new CSV file with ONLY the new jobs. Please make sure to choose the right timeframe to upload them to.
