At GoPeople, we know how important it is for your GoBUNDLE runs to start on time and stay on track. That’s why our Support Team actively monitors Runners before each run begins and will update you right away if there are any issues.
Here’s how our GoBUNDLE Runner Monitoring & Backup Policy works:
🔹 1. Runner Monitoring
-
30 minutes before your GoBUNDLE run starts, GoPeople Support proactively begin monitoring the assigned Runner’s GPS status.
-
If the Runner’s GPS is off or shows they are not en route, Support will begin following up directly with the Runner (calls, SMS, in-app messages).
🔹 2. If a Runner Reports Delay
If the Runner confirms they will be more than 30 minutes late:
-
Support will contact you (the Sender) immediately.
-
You can then choose to:
-
❌ Cancel the Runner without paying a cancellation fee, or
-
🔄 Request a backup Runner to cover your run.
-
🔹 3. If a Runner Does Not Respond
If the Runner does not reply to follow-ups:
-
Support will call you to confirm your preference:
-
Continue waiting – let us know how long you’re willing to wait, or
-
Do not wait – request a backup Runner, or decline a backup altogether.
-
🔹 4. Backup Process
If you request a backup Runner:
-
Support will assign a suitable replacement for your GoBUNDLE run.
-
You’ll be given the backup Runner’s ETA right away.
- Please note, backup Runners will usually arrive later than the original starting time.
If you decide not to use a backup Runner:
-
Support will cancel the original Runner.
-
The GoBUNDLE spot will be closed.
