Preference Tiers help you control which Runners see your jobs first β€” making it easy to prioritise reliable, top-performing Runners and block those who underperform.


🧭 How It Works

πŸ“Œ Tier Level Determines When Runners Are Notified

  • Tiers 1 β†’ 2 β†’ 3 β†’ 4. 

  • Notifications are sent 5–10 minutes apart between tiers

  • Tier 5 does NOT receive notifications

πŸ“Œ Ranking Within Each Tier Also Matters

  • Runners at the top of the tier get notified first

  • You can drag and drop Runner avatars to reorder their rank


πŸ”§ How to Manage Preference Tiers

Option 1: Manual Setup

  1. Log in to the GoPeople Member Portal

  2. Go to My Runners

  3. Click Add a Runner

  4. Enter their mobile number

  5. Choose a tier

  6. Add a note if needed


Option 2: Quick Setup After a Job

After a Runner completes a job:
