4 min. readlast update: 07.02.2026

GoPeople makes it easy to print shipping labels for your deliveries directly from the Member Portal. Labels can be printed for:

  • πŸ“¦ A single job
  • πŸ“‹ Multiple selected jobs
  • 🚚 All jobs within a specific Bundle Run timeframe (shift)

This article explains the different ways to generate GoPeople labels.

Method 1: Print Labels from the Jobs Page

This method allows you to print labels for individual jobs, selected jobs, or all jobs within a specific timeframe.

Step 1 – Open the Jobs Page

  1. Log in to the GoPeople Portal
  2. From the left-hand menu, select Jobs

Step 2 – Search for Your Jobs

Click Advanced Search.

You can search using:

  • Job Number
  • Timeframe Number
  • Run Number
  • Other available search criteria

Step 3 – Search by Timeframe (Optional)

To print labels for an entire Bundle Run or shift:

  1. Enter the Timeframe Number in the Job, Timeframe or Run # search field.

Example:

S2000821979-3695

  1. Click Search

Only jobs assigned to that timeframe will be displayed.

Step 4 – Select the Jobs

Choose one of the following:

Print All Jobs

Click the checkbox in the top-left corner of the job list to select all displayed jobs.

Print Selected Jobs

Tick only the jobs you wish to print labels for.

Step 5 – Print Labels

  1. Click Print
  2. Select Print Selected Jobs Labels

The system will generate GoPeople labels for the selected jobs, ready for printing.

πŸ’‘ Tip: This method is ideal when you only need labels for specific deliveries rather than the entire timeframe.

Method 2: Print Labels from the GoBundle Page

This is the quickest way to print labels for all jobs assigned to a Bundle Run timeframe.

Step 1 – Open GoBundle

  1. Log in to the GoPeople Portal
  2. Select GoBundle from the left-hand menu

Step 2 – Select the Processing Date

Choose the date that contains the timeframe you wish to print.

Wait for the list of available timeframes to load.

Step 3 – Locate the Timeframe

Find the required timeframe or shift.

Confirm you have selected the correct timeframe before proceeding.

Step 4 – Open More Actions

Click More Actions beside the timeframe.

A menu of available actions will appear.

Step 5 – Print Labels

Select Print Labels.

GoPeople will automatically generate labels for every job assigned to that timeframe.

πŸ–¨οΈ Printing Labels for a Single Job

If you only need to print one label:

  1. Open the required job from the Jobs page.
  2. Click the Print button.
  3. Select Print Job Label.

The system will generate a label for that individual job only.

🎨 Customising Your GoPeople Labels

GoPeople labels can be customised to suit your operational requirements.

Depending on your account settings, labels may include information such as:

  • Job Number
  • Barcode
  • Recipient Name
  • Delivery Address
  • Sender Reference
  • Internal Reference Number
  • Route or Run information

If you require additional customisation to your label layout or content, please contact the GoPeople Support Team to discuss your requirements.

πŸ“Œ Important Notes

  • Only jobs matching your search criteria or selected timeframe will be printed.
  • Printing from the GoBundle page automatically includes all jobs assigned to the selected timeframe.
  • Printing from the Jobs page allows greater flexibility by selecting individual jobs or multiple jobs across search results.
  • Always verify you have selected the correct timeframe before printing to avoid unnecessary label reprints.
