How to Provide Feedback When Testing the New Runner App

Your feedback helps us make the GoPeople Runner App better for everyone! If you’re part of the app testing group, you can easily share your feedback directly from within the app using the built-in feedback tool.

Follow the steps below 👇


🔹 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log In and Go to “Browse”

  • Open the GoPeople Runner App and log in.

  • Tap “Browse” from the bottom menu.

  • On the top-right corner, tap the “❓ (question mark)” icon.


2. Enable Feedback Mode

  • A pop-up will appear asking if you’d like to provide feedback.

  • Tap “Yes.”


3. Locate the Feedback Button

  • A “Feedback” button will now appear on the right-hand side of your screen.

  • You can drag and move this button up or down to position it where it’s most convenient.


4. Submit Your Feedback

  • When you’re ready to share feedback, tap the “Feedback” button.

  • The app will automatically capture a screenshot of your current screen.

  • Use the draw tools to highlight the areas need attention. 
  • Add your comments or suggestions in the "What's wrong" text box provided.

  • Tap “Submit” — your feedback will go directly to the tech team for review.


💡 Tips for Useful Feedback

  • Be specific about what you were doing when you noticed an issue or had an idea.

  • Mention the screen name or feature you’re referring to.

  • If possible, highlight or describe what could be improved.
