How to Submit Your Police Check (and Why It Matters)

4 min. readlast update: 06.13.2025

Some of GoPeople’s delivery clients require Runners to have a valid Police Check before being assigned jobs. While not all Senders require this, having an approved Police Check on file will significantly increase your chances of winning more jobs—especially from large and high-compliance customers like Woolworths.

There are two ways to submit your Police Check:

Option 1: If You Already Have a Valid Police Check

You can upload it directly through the Runner App:

📲 Steps to Upload Your Police Check

  1. Open the GoPeople Runner App

  2. Tap on “Account”

  3. Tap “Police Check”

  4. Tap the camera icon to upload your document

  5. Click “Upload”

✅ That’s it! Your Police Check will be submitted and reviewed by the GoPeople team.

Option 2: If You Don’t Have a Police Check

GoPeople works with WorkPro to make it easy for you to apply for a Police Check online. You can start this process right inside the Runner App.

📲 How to Apply for a Police Check via WorkPro

  1. Open the Runner App

  2. Tap “Account” → “Police Check”

  3. Tap “Start police check on WorkPro”
