How to Take a Run as a Top Tier Runner

If you are a Top Tier Runner for a Sender, you’ll enjoy special access to certain Bundle Runs in the GoPeople Runner App. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you identify and secure these opportunities.

🔹 Step 1: Go to the Available Runs Page

• Open your Runner App.

• Head to the Available Runs section to view all runs currently open for assignment.

🔹 Step 2: Look for the “Star” Label

• On the bottom-right corner of each run card, check for a “Star” label.

• This label indicates that you are a Top Tier Runner for that Sender.
  

💡 Only Top Tier Runners will see this label — giving you exclusive early access.

🔹 Step 3: Open the Run Details

• Tap the run card to see the full details, including:

  • 📍 Pickup location

  • 🕒 Start time

  • 📦 Delivery requirements

🔹 Step 4: Take the Run

• Inside the run details, tap the “Take” button.

• The run will be instantly assigned to you and locked in.

• The “Star” label is only visible to Top Tier Runners for that particular brand.

• This priority access gives you the chance to grab runs before other Runners.

• Being a Top Tier Runner is based on your performance and reliability with that Sender.
