How to transfer a run?

To transfer a Run to another Runner, you both need to be in the same Mates group. What is Mates?

You can only transfer a Run to another Runner at least 30 minutes before the Run starts. If you miss the cut-off, you will have to cancel it.

To avoid any issues transferring Runs, please ensure the Run details are communicated to the Runner you are moving to, including the Run starting time, the Sender's requirements, and the Run Runner Service Terms and Conditions. They only have 5 mins to accept the transfer request. Please give them a call whenever you need to.

To start a transfer, go into the Run details page, click "Actions..." and then "Transfer."

You can select a Runner from your Mates's group to transfer to. They will receive a notification in their App Inbox. They have 5 minutes to accept the transfer request. If they fail to take the transfer, you are still responsible for this Run.

You will receive a notification of the decision whether or not they have accepted the transfer.

Once accepted, the new Runner will be fully responsible for the Run, including all penalties and benefits.
