Keeping your profile details up to date helps ensure smooth communication, accurate invoicing, and uninterrupted delivery services. Follow the steps below to update your Sender profile in the GoPeople Member Portal.


🔐 How to Update Your Profile Details

  1. Log in to the GoPeople Member Portal

  2. Click Settings

  3. Select Account Profile

From this page, you can update the following information:

  • Company Name

  • ABN

  • Company Logo

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Invoice Email

  • Mobile Number

  • Industry

  • E-commerce Platform

  • Website URL

💡 Tip: Make sure your invoice email and mobile number are correct to avoid missing important notifications or invoices.


📧 Updating Your Login Email Address

For security reasons, the login email address cannot be changed directly in the Member Portal.
