When Do I Get Paid?
You will only get paid when your jobs are completed and confirmed.
Jobs can be confirmed by:
- The Sender, or
- The Recipient
If neither party confirms the job, the system will automatically close it 48 hours after completion.

⚠️ Note:
If there is a GPS or POD (Proof of Delivery) issue, an additional day may be required before the job is closed.
Important Reminder
Please do not contact the Sender or Recipient to ask them to confirm the job.
They will automatically receive a notification to do so.
How Payments Work
- Once confirmed, the payment will transfer to your GoPeople account
- You can then submit a withdrawal request to transfer the funds to your bank account
How to Withdraw Money
Follow these steps in the Runner App:
- Go to Dashboard
- Click Profile
- Select Balance

- Click Withdraw

- Click Withdraw Funds

- Select your bank account
- Enter the amount
- Click Submit

Your request will appear as Pending.
Processing Times
- Withdrawals are processed twice a week:
- Monday
- Thursday
- Only one request per person per day is processed
- Processing hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Funds are typically received around midnight
Example:
If you submit two withdrawal requests:
- One will be processed on Monday
- The other on Thursday
💡 Tip:
If you want to withdraw the full amount at once, cancel pending requests and submit one combined request.
Disputes & Withdrawal Limits
If you have active disputes, GoPeople will hold a $100 bond.
Example:
- Account balance: $500
- Maximum withdrawable amount: $400
The bond will be released once:
- The dispute is resolved
- Any applicable fees or fines are deducted
Delivery Completion Requirement
- Payments are only credited after deliveries are completed and officially closed
- Once completed, earnings will appear in your GoPeople account almost instantly
Incorrect Withdrawal Details
If incorrect bank details are provided:
- The withdrawal will be returned to your GoPeople account within 2 business days
- A $3 bank fee will be deducted
You will need to submit a new withdrawal request with the correct details.
Important Security Note
Using the same bank account with different receiver names or references may trigger the bank’s security system.
If the details appear inconsistent, your withdrawal request may be rejected.
