Runner Photo ID Verification

To ensure platform safety and compliance, all runners must complete identity verification before starting deliveries.

Step 1: Prepare Your Documents

Please have the following ready:

• Australian Driver’s License (Front & Back)

• Secondary ID (one of the following):

• Medicare card

• Passport

• Birth certificate

Step 2: Upload Your Driver’s License

1. Go to Dashboard

2. Click Profile (top right corner)

1. Select Compliance

1. Click Driver’s License

1. Upload clear photos of both front and back of your license

Step 3: Upload Secondary ID

• Upload a clear photo of your secondary ID

• Ensure all details are visible and readable

Step 4: Complete Verification

1. Click Next

2. Click Start Certification

1. Record a video selfie:

• Read the numbers shown on the screen out loud

• Complete the recording within 10 seconds

• Then submit it

Important Notes

Language Requirement

• Only driver’s licenses in English are accepted

• Non-English licenses will be automatically declined

Australian License Restrictions

We DO NOT accept:

• Learner licenses

• Provisional 1 (Red P)

• Provisional 2 (Green P)

✅ Only full (unrestricted) Australian licenses are accepted

Tips for Successful Verification

• Ensure the app has camera and microphone permissions enabled on your phone to complete the verification process 

• Ensure photos are clear, not blurry, and well-lit

• Avoid reflections or cropped images

• Make sure all information is fully visible
