Services GoPeople Does Not Provide

GoPeople provides point-to-point delivery services only. This means our Runners collect parcels or goods from a confirmed sender location and deliver them directly to a confirmed recipient address.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please be aware that there are certain services that GoPeople does not support.


❌ Services Not Supported

GoPeople does not provide:

  • Post office pick-ups
  • Click & Collect pick-ups
  • Store pick-ups on behalf of customers
  • Shopping or purchasing items from a store
  • Collecting items from retail counters, service desks, or collection points
  • Collecting items from parcel lockers or other self-service collection facilities
  • Any task that requires a Runner to act as the customer or authorised representative

Our Runners cannot enter a store, post office, or collection facility to collect an order on behalf of a customer.


📦 Delivery to Collection Points

GoPeople also does not deliver parcels to:

  • Post offices
  • PO Boxes
  • Australia Post Parcel Lockers

All deliveries must be made to a valid physical address where one of the following is available:

  • The recipient
  • An authorised contact
  • Concierge
  • Reception
  • Mailroom
  • Approved safe drop location

🔒 Why These Services Are Not Available

These services are not supported because they often require:

  • Customer identification or authorisation
  • Order verification codes
  • Proof of purchase
  • Signing on behalf of a customer
  • Waiting in queues
  • Interaction with store or post office staff
  • Access to restricted collection systems
  • Handling situations with a higher risk of online credit card fraud

For safety, compliance, fraud prevention, and service reliability reasons, GoPeople Runners cannot complete these types of collection or delivery tasks.


✅ Before Booking a Delivery

Before placing a booking, please ensure:

  • The pick-up address is a valid sender address
  • The goods are ready for collection when the Runner arrives
  • The drop-off address is a valid physical delivery address
  • The recipient is available, or safe drop instructions have been provided
  • The booking does not require the Runner to collect from:
    • A post office
    • A Click & Collect counter
    • A retail store
    • A service desk
  • The booking does not require delivery to:
    • A post office
    • A PO Box
    • An Australia Post Parcel Locker

⚠️ Important

Bookings involving unsupported services may be cancelled if they cannot be completed in accordance with GoPeople's delivery policies.
