Sometimes you arrive at the pick-up, and the Sender isn’t ready for several reasons, e.g. the item is still being prepared.
In the same way, if you arrive at the drop-off and no one is there, and you have no contact number available to assist you, there are a few things you can do. Ask the neighbour at a residence; at a hospital, ask admissions; at a business, ask reception.
If that fails, let the Sender or admin know immediately, as they may be able to locate a contact number for you or an alternate delivery location with ATL.
