4 min. readlast update: 08.13.2025

Your performance directly affects how many jobs you receive. To help you stay informed and succeed on the platform, the GoPeople Runner App includes a dedicated Performance Metrics section.

This guide explains where to find it and what each metric means, so you can track your progress and improve over time.

🔍 Where to Find Your Performance Metrics

  1. Open the GoPeople Runner App

  2. Tap on the “Account” tab

  3. At the top, you’ll see “Performance Metrics”

  4. Tap into it to view a detailed breakdown of your delivery performance

📌 Breakdown of Metrics

⭐️ Testimonial(s)

  • Shows how many Senders have marked you as a preferred Runner
  • More testimonials = higher job priority
  • If a Sender likes you, you’ll receive Run notifications from them first

Bundle Run Cancellation Rate

  • You won't be able to secure future runs if your cancellation rate exceeds 50%, even if you have the Secure button
  • Bundle Run cancellation rate is based on the last 100 approved Bundle Runs, so the way to lower your cancellation rate is to avoid cancelling any approved shifts going forward — over time, the new data will replace the old data.
  • If your cancellation rate exceeds 50%, it doesn’t mean you will never get runs, but your priority will be lower compared to others.

Bundle Run Completed

  • Total number of Bundle Runs you’ve successfully completed
  • These often involve multiple stops and come with higher earnings
  • Completing more runs builds trust with GoPeople and Senders

🚫 On-Demand Job Cancellation Rate

  • Measures how often you cancel an on-demand job after accepting it.
  • You won't be able to take future jobs if your cancellation rate exceeds 10%, even if you have the Take button.
  • The On-Demand Job Cancellation Rate is based on the last 100 on-demand jobs. To lower your cancellation rate, avoid cancelling any jobs you take or have approved going forward — over time, new data will replace the old data.

🕒 On-Demand Job Late Rate

  • You won't be able to take future jobs if your late rate exceeds 5.5%, even if you have the Take button.
  • The On-Demand Job Late Rate is based on the last 100 on-demand jobs. To lower your late rate, plan your routes carefully and allow extra time for traffic or delays — over time, new data will replace the old data.
  • Being on time is critical. A low late rate shows consistency and punctuality
  • Plan your routes and allow time for traffic or delays

📦 Total Jobs Delivered

  • Total number of successful deliveries you’ve completed via GoPeople
  • The higher this number, the more experienced and reliable you appear
  • This is a key metric Senders and the system look at when assigning jobs

🛒 Woolworths Rate My Driver

  • Your average rating from Woolworths customers over the last 3 months
  • Based on feedback through the Rate My Driver feature
  • To maintain a high score: be professional, polite, and efficient during every delivery
  • You may be blocked from Woolworths grocery delivery if your review score is too low

💡 Tips to Improve Your Metrics

  • Only accept jobs you’re sure you can complete
  • 🕒 Be punctual – allow time for delays and follow ETAs
  • 📣 Provide excellent service – clear communication, polite behaviour, and professional conduct
  • 🤝 Build good relationships with Senders – this leads to testimonials and repeat job offers
