What is the Security Bond?

The Security bond is not mandatory. But by making a Security bond deposit, you are telling the clients that you are a genuine Runner. You are serious and committed to the job. It increases your chances of winning jobs. And more importantly, this bond will match the item values that clients send to resolve disputes should anything happen during the run.

You can withdraw your bond whenever you want. So that you know, withdrawal requests are processed every Monday and Thursday. Only one submission will be processed per user on those days. Please note that the security bond will be refunded to your credit card.
