What is the Security Bond?

The security bond is not mandatory. However, by making a security bond deposit, you are showing clients that you are a genuine Runner who is serious and committed to the job. This can increase your chances of being allocated jobs. More importantly, the bond helps cover the value of items sent by clients in case of disputes or incidents during a run.

If you want to deposit a bond, go to your Profile page, tap on your Balance, then select Bond Deposit and proceed to make the deposit.

You can withdraw your bond at any time. Please note that withdrawal requests are processed every Monday and Thursday, and only one request per user will be processed on those days. The security bond will be refunded to your credit card.
