Sometimes when you arrive at a pickup location, the items may not be ready. This article explains your options and how payment works for both On-Demand Jobs and Bundle Runs.
1️⃣ On-Demand Jobs
If you arrive at or after the designated ready time and the items are not prepared, you have two options:
✅ Option A: Cancel the Job
You may choose to cancel if:

The pickup time was booked incorrectly, OR

The items will not be ready within a reasonable timeframe
What you’ll receive:

A cancellation fee
⏳ Option B: Wait Until Items Are Ready
You may choose to wait if:

The order is currently being prepared

It will be ready within a reasonable timeframe

A waiting fee

The full delivery fee
2️⃣ Bundle Runs – Items Not Ready Policy
For Bundle Runs, a structured buffer time (grace period) applies to support Senders who may experience preparation delays.
🕒 What Is Buffer Time?
Buffer time is based of the minimum Run duration:

| More than 5 hour run (including 5 hours) | 2 hours |
🅰 Scenario A: Wait (Within Buffer Time)
You may wait up to the full buffer time.
If you choose to leave before the buffer time expires:

🅱 Scenario B: Continue Waiting Until Items Are Ready
If you decide to stay until the items are ready:

Items are still not ready

Senders may be under operational pressure. Please:

You may mutually agree with the Sender to return later if suitable.
