After applying for a Bundle Run (also known as a timeframe) in the GoPeople Runner App, the approval time depends on when the run is scheduled.
This guide explains when you can expect confirmation and what to do if you're placed on the waiting list.
📆 Run Timing & Notification Schedule
✅ Same-Day Runs
If the run is scheduled for today:

You will receive a notification within 30 minutes of applying

The app will let you know if your application has been approved or declined
- Same-day bundle runs are relatively rare, as Senders usually book them one day to a week in advance.
📅 Future-Dated Runs
If the run is scheduled for a future date:

You will be notified by 3:00 PM the day before the run

You’ll be informed whether your application is approved, declined, or waitlisted
📋 What If the Run Is Already Full?
If the Bundle Run is already fully booked when you apply:

You’ll be placed on a waiting list — this will be clearly shown in the app

If another Runner cancels, your application may be automatically approved

You’re free to cancel your application at any time while on the waiting list

Make sure push notifications are enabled in your Runner App settings

You can also check your application status anytime under “My Jobs” → “Runs”

If you don’t receive confirmation by the expected time:

Check that the date and time of the run are correct
