If you're not receiving job notifications in your GoPeople Runner App, it may be due to how jobs are dispatched or your current account status. This article explains how job notification logic works for both Bundle Runs and On-Demand Jobs, and how you can increase your chances of being notified.
🧳 Bundle Run Notification Logic
Bundle Run notifications are sent to Runners in the following order:

Invited Runners
Runners who are personally invited by the Sender receive the first notification. -
Top Tier Runners (Tier 1 & Tier 2)
These are favourite Runners chosen by the Sender based on:-
High reliability

Strong delivery performance
-
Positive feedback and testimonials
💡 Staying in Tier 1 or Tier 2 means you’ll see job notifications earlier than others.

Recently Worked with the Sender
If you’ve recently completed a Run for the same Sender, you’ll be next in line. -
Other Eligible Runners
Remaining Runners who meet the job criteria will receive the notification last.
❗ Why You Might Not Receive Bundle Run Notifications

The job was taken by invited or favourite Runners before it reached your level.

You’ve been placed in Tier 5 by the Sender due to past performance — this means you're blocked from receiving their jobs.

You haven’t completed any jobs in the last 6 months — your account is marked inactive.
✅ Solution: Complete a few On-Demand jobs to reactivate your account.
⚡ On-Demand Job Notification Logic
On-Demand jobs are pushed based on your proximity to the pickup location:

Runners within 5 km
-
Then, within 10 km
-
Then, within 20 km
-
Then, within 25 km

Lastly, all other eligible Runners
❗ Why You Might Not Receive On-Demand Job Notifications

The job was accepted by a closer Runner before it reached your range.

You are not near a busy pickup zone when the job was dispatched.

🥇 Become a Top Tier Runner (Tier 1 or 2)
Build strong performance and reliability to earn favourite status from Senders. -
📍 Stay near active pickup zones
You’re more likely to receive On-Demand notifications when you’re nearby. -
🔔 Enable Notifications
Ensure notifications are turned on for both your device and the Runner App. -
⚙️ Check Your Notification Settings in the App
Go to App Settings → Notification Preferences and make sure your desired delivery types are enabled.
